OR Consulting Engineers acted as environmental engineers for the £2m redevelopment and extension of a three-storey detached property located in Battersea.

The project involves the façade retention, reconstruction and extension of the existing house. A new basement extension houses a gym, yoga studio, playroom and office.

The basement is ventilated using a mechanical ventilation heat recovery system and bedrooms incorporate comfort cooling.
