OR Consulting are involved in the design of a new 4000 person music venue within the heart of London.  OR Consulting are acting as building services and acoustic engineers and specialist lighting designers for this exciting project.

The project’s design has employed sustainable district heating, micro-generation, smart controls for non-event and event operation and a raft of low carbon engineering initiatives to serve the Venue.

OR Consulting have additionally developed the design and integration for specialist installations, such as:

• Specialist theatrical show lighting and lighting overlay facilities (for touring acts).
• DMX lighting control.
• House lighting.
• The fire detection and voice alarm installations, designed to facilitate the use of theatrical smoke effects.
• Integrated theatrical audio, acoustic and hearing reinforcement solutions.
• Specialist IT and broadcast provisions.
